If you plan to apply for the double degree program with the University of Otago's Global Studies Program, the official information is here!
At the June meeting of the university council, the official regulations and guidelines for the double degree program between the BA in Humanities and Sustainability (BAHS) at Chiang Mai University and the BA in Global Studies at the University of Otago were formally approved.
The approval came just in time as the first cohort of double degree students departed from Chiang Mai to Dunedin in July.
Under this program, BAHS students spend their first two years at CMU completing General Education courses, BAHS core courses, and Free Electives. They then continue their studies for another two years at the University of Otago, where they complete the required courses in Global Studies.
Upon graduation, students will be awarded two degrees—one from CMU and one from the University of Otago.
